Public lecture on Certified Public Accountants (CPA) and cErtified Accounting Technicians (CAT)
On 27 July 2018, at KIBOGORA Polytechnic, a public lecture on certified public accountants (CPA) and certified accounting technicians (CAT) was delivered to KP students by iCPAR.
In order to build a strong and engaged professional accountancy organization that anticipates stakeholders expectations and acts in the public interests, KP signed MoU with iCPAR.
Mr. MUHIRE Jean Marie Vianney, the director of Education and Development services in iCPAR explaining what is iCPAR and examination process of CPA & CAT.
Mr. MUCYO Jean Claude Bernard, Associate business Development and training officer in iCPAR, in his presentation, urged students to think big for their professional carrier. He explained more on some of benefits of having CPA and CAT and share experiences of persons who hold CPA and CAT.
KAJUNGU Claude, one of the iCPAR alumni, gave his testimony on how he achieved to have CPA within two years and benefits he is gaining from that.
